Kabel Deutschland zahlt für das Geschäftsjahr 2011/12 eine Dividende von 1,50 EUR pro Aktie
Beachten Sie: Die vollständige Fassung dieser Mitteilung ist nur in englischer Sprache verfügbar.At today’s Ordinary Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’) of Kabel Deutschland Holding AG (‘Kabel Deutschland’), the Company’s shareholders approved the dividend proposal of €1.50 per share for the fiscal year 2011/12 ended on March 31, 2012. The dividend will be paid out from October 12, 2012.
In addition, the shareholders approved the proposed profit-and-loss transfer agreement between Kabel Deutschland Holding AG and Kabel Deutschland Vertrieb und Service GmbH. This agreement enables the Company to utilize available tax assets in the coming fiscal years.
Further to this, Kabel Deutschland’s shareholders confirmed Annet Aris, Catherine Muehlemann, Paul Stodden and Torsten Winkler as members of the Supervisory Board.
Around 72% of the shares and the corresponding voting rights were represented at the AGM 2012.
